Having trouble signing in?▾
- Check your spam or junk folder. Magic-link emails occasionally land there. Add training@adelantemos.org to your contacts so future links come straight to your inbox.
- Only the newest link works. If you requested more than one, open the most recent email — older links stop working once a new one is sent.
- Link won't open? Copy the long code after
token=in the URL and paste it into the Enter Token tab above. - On a phone? If the link opens inside an app (Gmail, Instagram, etc.) and gets stuck, tap the menu and choose “Open in browser.” Safari or Chrome work best.
- Didn't get the email after a minute? Request a fresh link — our email service sometimes takes a moment to deliver.
- Still stuck? Email info@adelanteknox.org and we'll get you in.
New volunteer? Contact your team lead to be added to the system.
